Call for papers- with an award to be won!

I’m very excited to announce our new Call for Papers!

Who organises it? This s the first joint call for papers organised by the two journals of the Swiss School of Public Health+ (SSPH+), namely the International Journal of Public Health (IJPH) and the Public Health Reviews (PHR)! What a great way to start our joint journey as gold open access journals!

What is the subject? The tile of the call is “Health in all sustainable development goals”. We invite high quality articles that put health and well-being in the context of
the U.N. sustainable development goals (SDGs). We welcome Original Articles (for IJPH only), Systematic Reviews and any other format of comprehensive literature reviews – including policy briefs (for PHR only). Potential contributions must be of direct relevance to at least one of the 17 SDG’s.

What is the occasion? The Swiss School of Public Health+ is an academic guest of the postponed EXPO 2020 in Dubai, now taking place in January 2022. With this call, we aim to bring the voice of public health sciences in the EXPO 2020!

Wait, did you mention an award? Yes, I did! There will be an award for the best two papers and exciting prices for the first and senior author of each! (including attendance of online events and waiving of APC charges!). All papers accepted for publication will enter the competition and there winners will be selected via voting from shortlisted papers. The award will be celebrated during the Health and Wellbeing week of the EXPO 2020.

What is the deadline for submission? Submit your abstract online by 20th April 2021– we will let you know if it made it to the next phase by end of April. If yes, you will be required to submit the full version for peer review by 16th July 2021.

I want to know more! We thought you would! We have gathered all the relevant information here, but do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
